This is the backbone role behind every closed deal and every satisfied client. As the Sales Admin Assistant, you will be the operational engine that keeps Daniel G's sales infrastructure running at peak performance. You will coordinate schedules, manage pipelines, handle client communications, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This is not a desk job — this is a front-row seat to how a world-class sales operation actually functions behind the scenes. You will be in the room where it happens, every single day, in Miami.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and organize the daily sales calendar, client follow-ups, and pipeline tracking across all active campaigns
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials for leadership review
  • Coordinate between the sales team, operations, and management to ensure seamless execution on every deal
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data entry, lead status changes, and deal progression notes
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sale to fulfillment

What You Will Do
